Cinderella Toilet Paper Roll Craft

Children can use a toilet paper roll and their cut and paste skills to make this lovely Cinderella themed craft. It's a fun and pretty craft that gives a three dimensional effect to the characters of the Cinderella Story.

Materials:

a toilet paper roll or cardboard tube,
printer,
glue,
scissors,
something to colour with,
a piece of paper

Instructions:

Print out the template of choice -- template 2 (the skirt) is optional and is a bit harder to include for younger children.
Color Cinderella if using the B&W version. Give the kids the chance to be creative and let them use their favorite tools -- colored pencils, crayons, markers, pastels or paints. Whatever inspires them today.
Carefully cut out the craft templates. Take your time and remember that you don't have to be perfect!
Glue the large rectangular piece around the toilet paper tube.
If using template 2 (the skirt), form it into a cone and slide it over the toilet paper roll at this time. You can use a bit of glue around the "belt area" to hold it on, but I usually just let it sit on loosely.
Glue the head onto the top of the toilet paper roll.
Glue the arms on the side.
Glue the feet onto the bottom of the toilet paper roll, bending the tabs to make a 3D effect.
Glue the mask into one of the hands.

Templates:

Close the template window after printing to return to this screen.
Set page margins to zero if you have trouble fitting the template on one page (FILE, PAGE SETUP or FILE, PRINTER SETUP in most browsers).

Animals: I adore my pets and they bring me so much joy, but oh, the chores! Why can’t they clean up after themselves?

I earned my degree back in the early '90s, and as a lifelong learner, I continue to delve into the things I love. This includes technology (though I struggle to keep up!), art, early childhood education, history, and mythology as it relates to sociology.
