BLUE- Blueberries (muffins?)
PURPLE- Grapes, Grape Juice
BROWN- Chocolate (cookies?)
BLACK- Oreo Cookies (brown/black), black licorice

Thanks to Urvi for sending this idea along:  just a suggestion for your food suggestions with colours.  When I was trying to teach my nephew his colours, we sat down with rainbow chocolate chip cookies, and I found it was helpful!

Freezie pops or popsicles are also good for teaching colors with food.
