I have an idea for a bulletin board for the infant room of any daycare.

When I used to teach in the infant room at my old job we had a bulletin board nailed to the wall.  We covered it with an old flannel sheet and put different felt animals, designs, etc....  In all different colors.

Also in my old toddler room we had 2 different bulletin boards hanging on the walls.  One we made into another flannel board where the teachers could tell felt nursery rhymes & then toddlers could do it themselves if they wanted.  The other bulletin board we used as a photo album.  We asked all the parents to bring in photos of the kids and their families and glued them on the board and covered them with contact paper.  That way the kids could see their family all day long.
