Basic Shapes Crafts for Preschoolers

Cut and paste crafts to help young children learn their shapes.  Suitable for toddlers and preschoolers, but also loads of fun for kindergarten kids, and early grade school children.

The three main shapes (circle, triangle and square) are the three primary colors (yellow, red and blue).  The other three shapes (oval, rectangle and diamond) are the three secondary colors (orange, purple and green).  Check out the Color Wheel section for more information about primary and secondary colors.
